Amber-EMS (Email Management System)

This system imports emails from Outlook,
from both Inbox and Sent Items. There are two results - a
communication history, and document management. Amber-EMS imports emails into either Amber-CMS or your own Access database. Within Amber-CMS, your 'Action Log' (communication history) would then have a complete history of calls, letters (outgoing) and emails. If it is linking to your own Access database, then you would just need to add a new table ('Action'), and one or two additional fields into your contact or project tables. Amber-EMS copies email messages (and file attachments) to specified contact or project folders, thereby giving you a degree of automated Document Management.
