Amber-CMS
...Contact and Document Management...

Template Summary

The Need

Contact Management allows a company and it's staff to more effectively communicate with clients and suppliers. Names and addresses are centralised, and information on calls, emails, letters and meetings can be easily shared.

Document Management provides a means by which documents such as emails, letters and attachments can be centralised. Locating a document is much simpler, both for the originator and for other members of staff.
