This system may transform your marketing, by
making mailshots and e-mailshots easy to plan, set up and implement.

| It is suitable for companies that wish to closely monitor and control their mailshots, but also want to make the whole process easy and quick. | ||||
It's emphasis is on getting new business, but could equally be used to keep in contact with existing customers. The MCS includes a full contact management system. The system has been designed for business-to-business marketing.
By reducing the mailshot process to a simple push-button operation, and by providing information on past mailshot performance and results, MCS turns direct marketing into a practical solution for small businesses. |

The Mailshot Control System will give you a structured, simple way to develop and maintain direct marketing campaigns, primarily in the form of regular mailshots. |
||
|
The Marketing You first set up a Campaign, and then set up a series of present and future mailshots or emailshots for this Campaign. You can then monitor the Response Rates from each mailshot, and assess which area / size / sector / role combination works best. Initially, you would probably run a few pilot mailshots to establish the most effective combinations, and then start increasing the scale and regularity. |
